Gable Steveson National Champion and an Olympian Heavy Weight GOLD MEDALIST Joins FRM

We’re proud to officially welcome Olympic gold medalist and NCAA champion Gable Steveson to the First Round Management family.

Gable is one of the most accomplished amateur wrestlers of this generation, and now he’s making the leap into the world of combat sports with the same intensity and drive that made him a household name in wrestling. At FRM, we see what Gable brings to the table: unmatched athleticism, elite wrestling credentials, and the mindset of a future world champion.

Recently, Gable was a key training partner for Jon Jones in preparation for Jon’s UFC heavyweight title defense against Stipe Miocic. At Jackson Wink MMA Academy, Gable helped sharpen Jon’s wrestling game while getting a firsthand look at what it takes to perform at the highest level of MMA. When one of the greatest fighters of all time calls you “very scary” and says it’s only a matter of time before you’re a UFC champion, you’re on the right path.

Gable’s transition into MMA isn’t just about potential, it’s about preparation, and we’re here to make sure every step of his journey is strategic and successful.
