Talita Alencar is a Brazilian Mixed Martial Artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) athlete, a six-time BJJ World Champion, who began her athletic career in swimming and triathlon before dedicating herself to jiu-jitsu in her teenage years. After achieving numerous titles in BJJ, including multiple IBJJF and Abu Dhabi World Championships, Alencar transitioned to MMA, debuting professionally in 2021 and later competing in the UFC’s Strawweight division.
