FRM Launches Soccer Division

First Round Management announces the launch of its new soccer division under the leadership of Director of Soccer, Jose Diaz. With a proven track record in talent development and athlete representation, Diaz aims to expand the agency’s reach into the global soccer market, bringing expert guidance and opportunities to rising soccer stars.

”Many of you probably don’t know that I was hired to launch the soccer division. I started as an intern, while I was training for a professional tryout I had with a team in Ecuador. After three months working at FRM, I had to make one of the hardest decisions in my life, but I believe I made the right one. I decided to help others achieve the goals that were once mine. I launched the soccer division back in 2020 once I got my MLS license during Covid, I signed a couple of players and saw that I wasn’t able to help them much because I had very little experience and contacts in the sport. Now being 5 years in the business, I feel confident and comfortable to continue and relaunch the soccer division at FRM and actually be able to help players achieve their goals with the contacts and expertise I have gained throughout all these years.”

We are extremely excited to announce our first signings of this new era!

First, Lili Baidoe, who has played for the Everton and Liverpool academies, where she was a key player on both teams. Currently playing at the college level, she aspires to reach the highest level of soccer, and I know together, we’ll make that happen.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Yuval Cohen, a standout talent from Inter Miami’s academy and a key player for Inter Miami MLS NEXT PRO. Yuval was the 21-22 Gatorade Player of the Year in Nevada and scored the goal that clinched Inter Miami II’s first-ever playoff spot. His future is incredibly bright, and we’re proud to be part of his journey!
